Philosophical and Legal Substitution of Organic Laws of Society

The article is devoted to the philosophical and legal justification of the organic laws of society and their significance for the stability of the social organism and the realization of human rights and freedoms. Organic laws are considered fundamental principles that determine the internal integrity of society, ensure harmony between individual autonomy and collective interests, and serve as a criterion for the legitimacy and effectiveness of positive law.

In this review, we examine the content of the first Ukrainian textbook written by V. Petrushenko, which is devoted to the key issues of epistemology of religion. The review analyses all parts of the work, which comprehensively reveal the most important issues of this section of philosophy, with an emphasis on modern research. The author relies on methodological pluralism in the disclosure of topics, trying to reveal the issues as deeply and thoroughly as possible.

The article is devoted to the problems of the theory of the cognitive process, which is connected not only with the establishment of the truth, but with the presence of unequal approaches to the methodology of philosophical and legal science. The issue of the reversibility of the process of cognition, ethical knowledge, which has moral and value criteria, which should be discussed in order to develop the knowledge of the integrative methodology, has been violated.
