Influence of digitalization on the public policy forming in Ukraine

Problem setting. The COVID-19 pandemic, global quarantine, quarantine restrictions created the conditions for society to react quickly. Digital technologies are now being used more intensively, and the public administration sector is no exception. At the same time, the country's development requires systematic strategic and tactical decisions that will accelerate the introduction of modern digital technologies in all spheres of Ukrainian society, also forming and implementation of public policy at various levels of government.

The satisfaction of the public authorities interaction in the field of the automotive service of population in Ukraine

The article analyzes theoretical and applied aspects of interaction between local authorities and local self-government bodies in the context of transport services of passengers by public transport. From the position of administrative law, the regulatory and legal framework for the provision of transport services by local government bodies and local self- government bodies is analyzed, directions of interaction.

Rulemaking principles of local government

This article deals with the principles of the law-making system, set of logical and legal links between the fundamental principles that define the orientation of the rule-making. The principles system of rulemaking of city form of government and its specifics is defined on the system of rule-making. Every principle is analysed. The definition for their local rule-making powers, rights, freedoms and people’s interests are determined.
