Purpose – The purpose of this research is to analyze the current state and development dynamics of Ukraine’s fintech ecosystem in the context of digital transformation, the Russo-Ukrainian war, and economic instability. The study aims to identify key regulatory, technological, and market factors that influence the resilience, efficiency, and sustainable growth of the fintech sector and to provide evidence-based recommendations for enhancing its performance and integration into the global financial system.

The article analyses the existing control system in the area of beautification of human settlements. The recent research on control systems in this area is analysed. The common requirements for exercising the state regulatory control are described; the use of state, municipal & non-government control in this area is analysed. As a result of research, the suggestions to improve the system of control in the area of beautification of human settlements are given.

On the basis of the specified subject, purpose and methods, the formation process of mechanisms for state regulation of land relations is analyzed. According to the methodology of research, the analysis is made and the components of the influence of the environment on land relations in Ukraine are identified. The essence of the transformation processes taking place in the sphere of state policy of Ukraine aimed at forming a perfect pattern of land relations is defined.

The article examines: the legal economic order in Ukraine and the optimal combination of market self-regulation of economic relations of economic entities and state regulation of macroeconomic processes.

The article raises questions of administrative and legal status of executive power. Expands the system of executive power, forms and methods of work. The features of the construction and operation of executive agencies, their structure, function, scope and nature of competence, the relationship between the organs of higher and lower levels.
