Entities Administrative Proceeding

The article is devoted to the study of the entities of non‑judicial administrative proceedings following the reforms associated with the adoption of the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Procedure.” The purpose of the article is to clearly outline the composition of entities in administrative proceedings after the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Procedure” and to systematize those entities following the reform, taking into account the author’s proposals for improving and amending the relevant legislation in the future.

System of Subjects of Administrative and Legal Support of Cybersecurity

This article analyzes the role of administrative bodies in ensuring cyber security from a legal and administrative perspective. The key functions and tasks they perform for effective management and protection of information resources and cyber infrastructure are considered, as well as the importance of the role of subjects of administrative and legal protection of cyber security in the formation of strategies and policies aimed at ensuring cyber security is highlighted, and their contribution to the creation of a secure and stable cyberspace.

Participants in non-judicial administrative proceedings: terminological designation issues

Тhe range of participants in non-judicial administrative proceedings is determined and the expediency of their terminological designation following functional approach depending on their role in conducting a corresponding administrative proceeding is justified. Furthermore, the article in particular presents both historical experience in terminological designation of participants in administrative proceedings inWestern Ukraine during the interwar period and the contemporary experience of EU countries.
