The article reveals organizational and technological features of flour milling enterprises activity and defined the nature of their impact on cost accounting construction. We have built a model of the system input and output quality control of harvesting and processing of grain at the specialized enterprises. The characteristics of the technological process of harvesting and processing of grain, which affect the recognition, the structure of the operation costs  and the formation of the major and by-products' cost is given. 

Наведено основні характеристики та кроки при формуванні електронної енциклопедії навчального закладу та її якісного функціонування. Проаналізовано доцільність екстракції знань з відкритих текстів для інформаційного наповнення та оцінювання якості енциклопедії. This paper dwells on the characteristic features and main steps in the formation of the university electronic encyclopedia and its qualitative performance. It is made up the analysis on the expediency of knowledge extraction from open texts for the content and encyclopedia quality evaluation.

The basic concepts of quality of city environment are considered, going near the management of quality of city environment, state of city environment for today, lacks of management,  raising of task of quality management of city environment. The system of aims  of quality management of city environment, choice of indexes of quality on the basis of this system and conceptual model of quality management, is offered.
