В статті здійснюється комплексний політико-правовий аналіз ролі опозиції в демократичному парламенті, зокрема прав та гарантій парламентської меншості як фактору запобігання тиранії більшості в умовах трансформації політичних режимів країн Центрально-Східної Європи, а також вироблення практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення цього парламентського інституту в Україні.
A networking structure is a natural phase in the evolution of organisational forms. An organisational form of a network is a set of interconnected structures and technological elements, i.e. individual economic agents, cultural and social values that arrange inter-organisational relations in a certain order and make network processes operate in a system-like fashion. Effective joint work in inter-organisational networks suggests a need for a common goal, which is perceived to be a critical factor for joint activities.
Research is sanctified to the questions of reformation of Constitution of Ukraine,consideration of project of Law of Ukraine “About making alteration in Constitution of Ukraine (in relation to plenary powers of public and local self-government authorities)”, brought in by President of Ukraine in Supreme soviet of Ukraine in 2014, to the legal analysis him substantive provisions and to making of corresponding suggestions in relation to introduction of offer changes.
