У статті охарактеризовано актуальні проблеми міжнародної екологічної безпеки в контексті системного прояву принципів її реалізації, що обґрунтовує необхідність консо- лідації зусиль міждержавних заходів природоохоронного характеру на засадах стійкого та збалансованого розвитку. Розкриваються передумови становлення глобальної еколо- гічної безпеки як невід’ємної частини міжнародних відносин та політики на фоні довготривалої екологічної кризи. Виділяються та обґрунтовуються характерні ознаки глобальної екологічної безпеки та рівні її функціонування за територіальним принци- пом.

Досліджено когнітивні викривлення (ілюзії) та можливості використання впливу когнітивних та емоційних чинників на прийняття рішень різними суб’єктами ринку в умовах невизначеності. Висвітлено теоретичні засади ірраціональної поведінки економічних суб’єктів із урахуванням когнітивних або соціальних причин. Досліджено дві системи мислення. Виявлено чинники, що впливають на поведінку індивідуумів, та причини когнітивних викривлень, які можна враховувати під час формування економічних стимулів і навіть економічних процесів загалом.

The legal support of gender equality in the professional activity of women is analyzed, on
the basis of statistical data, the composition of the judiciary corps in Ukraine and the
percentage of women in the courts are analyzed, attention is focused on the gender distribution
of heads of legal entities and private entrepreneurs in Ukraine. The content of the concept
«glass ceiling» in the professional activity of a woman is determined.

The article investigates the tendencies of a global e-commerce market and its legislative regulation. The value of e-commerce for domestic businesses as well as the main advantages of electronic commerce over the traditional one is shown. The features of e-commerce implementation in Ukraine are determined.

This article describes the urgent issues of contemporary urban planning from economic, social, political and medical point of view. Discussion about urban opportunities and threats is accompanied by examples and historical cases from the Netherlands. 

Generalized substantive content terminological apparatus with respect to the various 
fields of activity, accented on the importance of the content and spirit of the effective operation 
of the judicial system. The results of investigation proceedings in the judicial system in Poland, 
evaluated the effectiveness of its functioning as a whole and of court proceedings.  
Systematized European and international approaches to the assessment of the efficiency 
of the justice systems in the context of the evaluation methodology used in the Polish practice.  

Проаналізовано чинні податкові системи, які не відповідають потребам держави і спонукають до фінансових запозичень. Запропоновано нову економічну стратегію податкової системи, за якої вводиться податок – державна надбавка на реалізацію кінцевого виду продукції. Податки з виробників товарів, послуг ліквідуються. Наведено розрахунки, що підтверджують збільшення бюджетних надходжень більш як удвічі з урахуванням виходу економіки з тіні.

The article deals with the issue of effective administrative and legal mechanism for preventing crime in the economy, to create appropriate conditions for the realization and protection of the national interests of the national economy, support of socio-political stability of the state and so on.
