Досліджено сучасні підходи до гендерних аспектів лідерства в управлінні з урахуванням особливостей розвитку сучасного суспільства. Здійснено аналіз теоретичних підходів та емпіричних досліджень щодо гендерних аспектів лідерства в управлінській практиці та стереотипів, які існують в суспільстві стосовно управлінської діяльності жінок. Охарактеризовано найпоширеніші погляди на ролі жінок, які перешкоджають їх кар'єрному зростанню і розвитку у сфері управління. Розглянуто результати досліджень щодо відмінностей чоловіків та жінок-управлінців.

The article deals with the problems of reproductive health of young people in the context of gender socialization. The purpose of the article is defined as synthesis of psychological, and social and pedagogical problems associated with performing the tasks of strengthening reproductive health of students in the context of gender socialization.

The article studies the regulatory foundation of the implementation and promotion of gender equality in Ukraine. Determination of the effectiveness of legal mechanisms aimed at its regulating, is based on the analysis of relevant legal acts. Based on the comparison of state programs, deficiencies and failures in this area, the direction of further improvement of legal regulation of gender equality in Ukraine, is determined.
