The study established a direct correlation between the concentration of corn steep liquor in the fermentation medium and the amount of lactic acid, as well as the biochemical requirements of Lactobacillus delbrueckii UY-2/13 for nitrogen-containing components of corn steep liquor. In particular, it was found that at a corn steep liquor concentration of 160 g/dm³, the maximum lactic acid concentration (101.37 g/dm³) was achieved with a yield of 94.39%.

Ця стаття містить вичерпну інформацію про групи бактеріальних продуцентів молочної кислоти, що мають високу метаболічну активність і можуть застосовуватись у промисловому виробництві. Крім цього, здійснено огляд найпоширеніших методів ферментації, а саме: періодична, періодична з підживленням, безперервна і повторна, та дешевих джерел карбону: крохмале- та целюлозовмісні промислові та харчові відходи.

The present article substantiates the theoretical bases lactic acid adsorption on mineral and carbon adsorbents. Monitoring of wastewater contaminated with wastes of dairy plants, estimation of quantities, peculiarities of wastes localization and estimation of toxicological impacts on the environment was carried out. The existing theoretical apparatus for adsorption processes description was analyzed. Adsorption process mechanism and methods for identification of experimental data in theoretical models was developed.

The pollution of wastewater of dairies products was monitored. The composition of the wastewater and its impact on the environment took place. The technological scheme of sewage treatment dairies was proposed. 
Проведено  моніторинг  забруднення  стічних  вод  продуктами  молокопереробних підприємств.  Встановлено  склад  відходів  та  їх  вплив  на  навколишнє  середовище. Запропоновано  технологічну  схему  очищення  стічних  вод  молокопереробних підприємств.
