У статті йдеться про основні історичні етапи розвитку складових термінологічної системи та сучасні дефініції головних понять когнітивної лінгвістики. Визначено етапи формування когнітивної лінгвістики як науки, розмежовано основні поняття термінологічної системи досліджуваної наукової парадигми. Окреслено фреймову модель та типи фреймів як основні при опису концептуальної картини світу та описано основні підходи до визначення терміна «концепт».

Статтю присвячено правничій термінології як найдавнішому пласту термінологічної лексики української мови. Проаналізовано основні особливості, узагальнено стан і перспективи сучасної термінології права. Розмежовано ідеології «термін», «поняття», «терміносистема».

Есе Жиля Дельоза «Література і життя» було опубліковане у 1993 році у збірнику «Критика і клініка». Твір перекладений українською мовою вперше. В есе французький філософ експонує власне тлумачення літератури та літературного процесу. Текст насичений концептами та ідеями, розробленими та запропонованими Дельозом у попередніх творах. Насамперед у таких, як «Пруст та знаки»,  «Логіка сенсу», «Золя і тріщина», «Анти-Едіп», «Кафка, за меншу літературу» «Тисяча Плато», «Діалоги».

Подано квінтесенцію інформаційної безпеки (ІБ) кіберфізичних систем (КФС), яка: розгорнута на рівні парадигми та концепції побудови багаторівневої комплексної системи безпеки (КСБ) КФС і універсальної платформи КСБ у просторі “загрози – профілі – інструментарій”; реалізована у частині інтегральної моделі КСБ кіберфізичної системи “iPhone – Wi-Fi, Bluetooth – давачі” та криптографічного захисту безпровідного комунікаційного середовища КФС на основі блокового шифрування даних за алгоритмом “Калина”. A conception of multilevel complex security system (CSS) of cyber-physical systems (CPS) was developed; dimensional model of information-technology state (ITS) was proposed; informational model of CSS cyber-physical system “iPhone – Wi-Fi, Bluetooth – sensors” was created; software of symmetric block data encryption of “Kalyna” algorithm was realized.

The key aspects of atmospheric air ecological monitoring concept formation on the urban system have been analyzed. The principal scheme of concept construction has been proposed. It has been defined that the concept has to be built on the anthropocentric approach. The samples of atmospheric air ecological monitoring unsolved issues on the urban system of the town of Kremenchuk (Ukraine) have been taken to concretize the integral parts of the concept with defining goals, objectives, statistic results and dynamic indicators of the concept implementation.

In the article provisions of the main philosophical and legal theories aimed at explaining the meaning and essence of law and order. Shows the common and different in different theoretical and methodological approaches, the necessity at the present stage of development of the philosophy of law build an integrative concept, which would objnull positive achievements
of the existing theories.

Зазначено, що нечіткість понять “глобальна політика” і “глобальний розвиток” відображає незавершеність глобальних досліджень. Визначено, що обидва процесуальні терміни породжені глобалізацією і відображають динаміку глобальної реальності. Констатовано, що досліджувані явища еволюціонують взаємозалежно і комплексно. Стверджено, що детермінантами функціонування обох явищ є соціальні чинники, а рушіями – глобальні проблеми як “виклики”.

The article is an attempt to research the logical analysis of the concept of law as the basis for a system of philosophical ideas about it. Following the analysis of a significant number of scientific papers concluded that the content of the law in some way dependent on the philosophical foundations of law. The problem of philosophical foundations of philosophy of law, methodological principles defined philosophical school of the designated topics.

The article is devoted to the social and philosophical analysis of the legal process of socialization and its basic categories; systematization of basic legal forms (adaptation, internalization, acculturation) features pravosotsializuyuchyh influence of various factors on individual, personal prerequisites socialization of Ukrainian society in the context of globalization changes. Analyzed the phenomenon of legal socialization as an objective and natural process of inclusion of the individual in social and legal relations as their subject.
