STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF COMPOSITE REINFORCEMENT WITH UNIDIRECTIONAL FIBERS

This work considers the actual problem of using composite reinforcement in building structures. Traditional steel fittings have some disadvantages, such as susceptibility to corrosion, heavy weight, and the need for frequent maintenance. Composite materials, unlike metals, are lighter, stronger, and less prone to corrosion, which increases the durability of structures and reduces operating costs. In the work, a structural analysis of the composite armature was carried out using modern microscopic methods, making it possible to identify certain structural defects.

This article presents a study of the use of composite materials in strengthening building structures. Materials consisting of two or more components or phases are called composite. Now modern composite materials open up new opportunities for design in all areas of production. The construction industry is no exception. Laminates, canvases, nets, rebars and ropes made of high-strength fibers of various origins are among the most widely used in construction at the moment.

The article examines studies on the reinforcement of reinforced concrete elements of cement -based fibro -based fibro systems (FRC) and polymers reinforcement fibro (FRP). REGULATION OF STRESS-DEFORMED STATE IN COMPRESSED ELEMENTS OF STEEL FRAMES

The article is devoted to the regulation of the stress-strain state in the compressed elements of steel frames under full operating load. It is proposed to perform reinforcement of such elements with different end eccentricities of load application by rational regulation of the stress-strain state in the reinforcement elements. It is shown that the use of SDS adjustment for frame racks increases their bearing capacity and reduces deformability and welds. The new proposed technology of SDS regulation and possible constructive decisions are offered.

The results are given on the basis of an experimental research on firmness and deformability of normal sections of concrete beams reinforced with frameless reinforcement and rod reinforcement class A400C without prestressing. These experiments and comparing them with calculations according to current regulations give an opportunity to assess the convergence of the results and draw conclusions about the possibility of rational design of ceramic block bending elements with double reinforcement in the area of the normal forces.

Polymers as natural nanocomposites. 1. the reinforcement structural model

The complete similarity of reinforcement degree behaviour has been shown for nanocomposite epoxy polymer/Na+-montmorillonite and polyarylate, which is considered as the natural nanocomposite. The polyarylate structure description is given within the framework of cluster model of polymers amorphous state structure. The interfacial adhesion level influences strongly the reinforcement degree of indicated materials.
