was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine, in 1980. He received the M.S. degree in applied mathematics in 2002 and the Ph.D. degree in applied mathematics in 2006. He received the Doctor of Technical Sciences (D.Sc.) degree in applied mathematics in 2019 at National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Kharkiv, Ukraine. He is currently a Professor at the Department of Cybersecurity and Information Technologies at the Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics and a Leading Research Scientist at the Anatolii Pidhorniy Institute of Power Machines and Systems of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. His research interests include applied mathematics, operations research, information technologies, cybersecurity, computa- tional optimization methods, geometric modeling, relaxation techniques, and intelligent decision-support systems.
