The article is devoted to the comprehensive analysis of the concept, system and signs of the administrative-legal guarantees of citizens’ legal interests in the property field, identify problems guaranteeing legal capacity of citizens to possess, use and dispose of property. Special attention is devoted to the scientific approaches to the definition of legal guarantees. The article is devoted to the definition of administrative-legal guarantee of protection of the citizens’ legal interests’ in the property field. Stressed, that the implementation of the citizens’ legal interests’ in the property field determined by the efficiency of the system to guarantee their protection.
