У статті досліджено проблеми здійснення права на освіту дітей, які є внутрішньо переміщеними особами. Здійснено аналіз законодавчих актів України в частині реалізації права на освіту внутрішньо переміщених осіб. Окреслено коло проблем, з якими стикаються ВПО та територіальні громади при реалізації права на освіту.
