TEST RESULTS OF REINFORCED CONCRETE CROSS-RIBBED MODEL OF SPAN STRUCTURE OF THE BRIDGE AND THEIR ANALYSIS

Presentation of samples of basic experimental data from research of spatial work of large-scale (scale 1: 4) reinforced concrete model of cross-ribbed span structure of the bridge and separate beams similar in structure to model beams, as well as methodological features and results of their analysis. During the tests, the model and separate (reference) beams were loaded with concentrated force, alternately at the intersections of the longitudinal and transverse ribs of the model. Deflections in the same nodes and support reactions of longitudinal beams were measured.

THE RESULTS OF EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCHS OF THE REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAM SPAN STRUCTURE OF THE BRIDGE BY RECONSTRUCTION STAGES

On the network of state and local roads, a significant number of bridges with precast or monolithic span structures of small and medium spans are constructed according to TP-56. At present time, their normalized period of exploitation of 25–30 years is exceeded in 2–2.5 times and they continue to be exploited with unsatisfactory exploitative and technical and economic parameters. Therefore, for further normal exploitation, they need to be reconstructed with the restoration of normalized exploitative parameters.

THE RESULTS OF FULL-SCALE TESTS OF THE SKEW IN THE PLAN REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAM SPAN STRUCTURES OF THE HIGHWAY BRIDGE

Reinforced concrete bridges with skew intersection of obstacles (the skew in the plan bridges) with beam cross-ribbed span structures have characteristic constructive differences in the layout the floor beam system compared to straight systems. In particular, it is the shift in the plan of the main beams on the supports and skew or straight orientation of the transverse beams (diaphragms) that unites main beams across the span into beam cross-ribbed grillage. These features considerably complicate the theoretical creation of their calculation models of spatial calculation.
