The influence of the microstructure and porous architecture of cellular concretes on their thermophysical properties has been analysed. It has been demonstrated that the thermal conductivity of the material is primarily determined by the volumetric fraction of cement paste, the size and shape of pores, as well as the density and moisture content of the specimens.
In this study, D-limonene is integrated into films made with different ratios of gelatin to β-CD. The FTIR, vacuum liquid absorption method and gravimetric analysis were used to assess porosity and swelling behavior. Inclusion and retention were detected by FTIR analysis in distinctive peaks at 870–890 cm-1. Films with a 3:1 gelatin to β-CD ratio had a higher D-limonene payload. Porosity and swelling are enhanced with increasing β-CD content.
The purpose of this work is to justify the feasibility of using the technology of microplasma sputtering from wire materials to obtain porous coatings for biomedical purposes, the modulus of elasticity of which is close to the corresponding characteristic of human cortical bone tissue. Analyzed the influence of the technological parameters of the microplasma sputtering regime on the degree of porosity of the coating.
Розглянуто спосіб модифікації керамічних матеріалів внаслідок введення карбонових нанододатків у вигляді водної суспензії до складу шлікера і керамічної глазурі для виготовлення санітарно-технічної кераміки. Досліджено фізико-механічні властивості зразків. Отримано результати експериментальних досліджень властивостей композиційних матеріалів, наномодифікованих карбоновими наноструктурами.
Розроблено математичну модель для симуляції відновлення пористих залізорудних окатишів до губчастого заліза в протиточному реакторі з рухомим шаром. На основі масового та теплового балансів як в твердих частинках, так і реакторах, виведено звичайні диференціальні рівняння. За моделлю окремої частинки змодельована кінетика відновлення залізної руди. Показано, що розроблена модель задовільно відтворює дані корпорації Gilmore Steel (США). Досліджено вплив параметрів відновлювального газу та характеристик окатишів, таких як пористість, на ступінь відновлення.
Result of investigations of resistance against corrosion and mechanical resistance of obtained by means of arc-spray metallization (with the use of cored wires) coatings are presented. The cored wires (CWs) enable us to regulate the chemical composition and, consequently, properties of the deposited coating in a wide range.
The influence of the process of mechanical activation on the properties of fly ash was shown. The effect of ultrafine fly ash and chemical admixtures of polyfunctional action on the properties of fine grained concrete was investigated. It was observed that combination of such complex chemical admixtures and ultrafine fly ash provides the reaching of technical, technological and economical effects in High Performance Concretes.
The article is devoted to the preparation of adsorbents for polymer adsorption on their surface. Adsorption of polymers on the surface of adsorbents from a solution has been widely developed and received a great deal of attention in research works, which prove the topicality of its use in development of new composite materials and solve many problems concerning the polymers characteristics and properties. The adsorbents drawbacks, i.e. small specific surface area, diameter of the primary pores and their amounthave been determined.
Theoretical and experimental investigations of porous permeable materials of saponite-titanium and saponite-aluminium composites are presented in this work. their qualitative and quantitative indexes are determined in PhotoM and Smart-eye applied programs. Metallographic images are presented by combination of structural components with different proportions: phases, shape and color, grain boundaries.
Пропонується розрахунок емпіричних співвідношень, які пов’язують об’ємний стиск, пористість та тиск у пористих породах довільного геологічного регіону. Проведено розрахунок кореляційних зв’язків та емпіричних залежностей між колекторськими властивостями і параметрами пружних хвиль, розрізнення сухих і флюїдонасичених порід на прикладі даних Залужанських свердловин. Проведено розрізнення флюїдів нафти і води за параметром густини. Побудовано алгоритм розрахунків.
