The article analyzes the main potential threats that arise when using electronic voting, as well as possible ways to neutralize them. The authors reveal the concepts and basic systems of evoting. Potential advantages and disadvantages of electronic expression of will are also analyzed. Considerable attention is paid to the potential threats of e-voting, which are differentiated by authors into 4 main groups, and ways to neutralize existing threats.

The article contains an analysis of the problems and prospects of the implementation of electronic voting in Ukraine through the prism of assessing potential threats. An expert survey has been conducted on the threats of implementing electronic voting during elections in Ukraine, which is based on the author's methodology for calculating the level of electronic voting security.

The article contains an analysis of the problems and prospects of the neutralization of threats that impede the introduction of electronic voting in Ukraine. On the basis of the conducted expert survey, an expert assessment of the influence of each threat, developed by the authors, to the introduction of e-voting during the election process in Ukraine has been shown.

Розглянуто правові аспекти організації електронного голосування (е-голосування) в Україні у контексті технологічних інновацій і перспектив упровадження. Досліджено суть, форми е-голосування як інноваційного інструменту реалізації виборчих прав громадян. Розглянуто основні технологічні рішення, що застосовуються у світовій прак­тиці: інтернет-голосування (i-voting), використання електронних терміналів (DRE), біометрична ідентифікація, смарткарткові технології та двофакторна авторизація.
