The necessity of deformed earth’s surface assessment as a part of cadastral assessment

of areas with active geodynamic processes has been grounded. The methods these areas

of systematization according to deformation indices have been suggested and some preliminary

results of its approbation have been provided

For the organization of GIS cadastre assessment of real estate it  must be solved the problem of formalization of descriptions of the functional relationships of the objects of evaluation with the urban environment, as well as relations with the market environment for determining the flow of income and costs of the facility estimation and adequate transformation and using this information.
