In canon law as a branch of philosophy of law, a special introduction to it, the relevance begins with the ontological interpretation of the problems of insightful contemplation of metaphysical theology. These problems arise in practical life, then begin again in lectures, continue in seminars and do not end in practical life. The quality of solving these problems is controlled by selected sciences, in particular spiritual pedagogy. The pedagogical activity of spiritual control is headed by the Church. Insight into metaphysical theology stems from Scripture and Sacred Tradition.

The problem of method in architecture, as a subject of research, always appears as a result of the development of artistic life and new aesthetic needs. Each new stage of artistic development reveals the insufficiency of the previous one not because it has become irrational, but because it no longer corresponds to new ideas about social relations and the nature of the human activity.

A review of the book “Gaming AI” by the famous American author, economist and co-founder of the Discovery Institute, George Gilder, in which he argues that Artificial Intelligence (AI) cannot think like a man, but can change conditions of a human jobs. Therefore, he expects that in the future AI will be controlled by a man in those types of jobs that are routine and mechanical, as well as help him/her in creativeness.

Individualism in creativity is  one of  foundation.  Nevertheless that  understanding of creativity neediness  is   deficient today. The category combine, as theory and practice by  itself. For identifying individuality, we can use such  architectural categories as style, boundary, norm, scale, and fundamental philosophical category as character, identity, method, phenomenon.

Jan Łukasiewicz's article "Creativity in Science" is translated into Ukrainian for the first time.

The article examines the experience of understanding the unity of the intuitive and scientific approach in the artist's work. The solution to this problem is connected with the fundamental questions of the methodology of the process of performing the work of art. The unity of intuitive and rational is the key to its harmony. Such a dualistic experience of performing artistic works extends the creative range of the artist, complements it with new spiritual and scientific forms.

The article provides the view of the author on shaping modern architecture in Ukraine. Positive and negative factors that influence its formation are listed. Based on the analysis of these factors the author describes the dangers of further development, suggests the way of solving current problems in modern Ukrainian architecture as well as describes personal view on the future of an
architect profession.
