PLANNING SOCIAL-ECONOMIC ACTIONS OF THE COMPETENCES DEVELOPMENT OF EMPLOYEES IN CONDITIONS OF INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

The article considered the effectiveness of evaluation employees competencies of enterprises. On the basis of the proposed measures for the development of employees competencies in the conditions of limited resources, an economic-mathematical model is proposed that involves solving various problems in improving the level of development of employees competences, which in turn affects on the level of the innovation activity efficiency of enterprises.

The methods of context processing in intelligent systems

Context-based methods represent an important part of toolkit used to build intelligent systems. In the article existent definitions of context for a system with a single decision making agent were discussed. Available formal models for context data representation and processing were compared. The approaches for different forms of reasoning within context were analyzed. Also the application of context awareness in systems with situation awareness is discussed. In the article unresolved problems and tasks in the domain of context aware computing are delineated.

Updating Management Models in Terms of Enterprise Management Intellectualization

The article explores the dynamics of the proportion of adult population among the Internet users and the use of information and communication technologies by enterprises in Ukraine. The different impact of digital technologies on economic development of a number of countries is considered. The dynamics of the number of scientific as well as scientific and technical studies in the structure of GDP of Ukraine is analysed.

Knowledge management as a tool of enterprise innovation support

The article points out that the peculiarity of an enterprise conforming to the new economic conditions, is recognizing knowledge as a basic tool for creating competitive advantages, adoption and implementation of initiatives aimed at managing knowledge. The difference between the concepts of «knowledge» and «information» are specified. One of the features that distinguish knowledge from information is that knowledge depends on context and subjective conditions of its use; it is closely linked with the person while information may exist independently.
