Official language of the IEEE CPEE-2019 is English. It will be used for all printed materials, presentations and discussions. Submissions must present original work that has not been previously published, and is not under review elsewhere.
At least one of the authors (presenting author) of each accepted paper is required to register, pay participation fee and participate in the Conference.
Papers must follow IEEE proceedings templates (A4 format). Papers should be prepared in English. They cannot exceed 4 double-column pages (including illustrations, only in the pdf format) that will be published in the Conference Proceedings.
We use EasyChair for handling the submission process. To submit your paper go to conference page at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=cpee2019 and register as an author. After submission, papers will be selected based on a review and presentation at the conference (oral or poster).
Accepted papers will be published on USB conference proceedings and included into IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION THAT “NO-SHOW” PAPERS WON’T BE SUBMITTED FOR INCLUSION TO IEEE XPLORE DIGITAL LIBRARY.
