The paper presents general foundation and manners of utilization of systems of reference stations GNSS. Fundamental part of article presents architecture of monitoring reference station from global system ICS for local system there is that of Malopolska Precise Positioning System /GS. Accuracy parameters have been discussed and different capabilities of usefulness applications of systems.
