It is proposed to unite the municipal and recreational spheres of activity in one GIS based on theoretical platform of problem mapping and geo-informational modeling. Practical implementation is performed as a pilot-project in the INTERREG III В -CADSES program on a recreational object in the Ukrainian Karpathians
