Editorial policy of open access of the journal is developed on basis recommendations and standards of Budapest initiatives open access ( Budapest Open Access Initiative`s definition of Open Access ). The journal uses the concept of " open access" that is given in the official documents of Budapest initiatives open access.
Under open access to the reviewed scientific literature is meant - free public access on the network Internet that allows any user to read, download, copy, distribute, perform print, search or get links to full texts of articles, scan, transfer them for indexing as data in software security, or use them for any legal purposes, without financial or legal ones or technical barriers, behind the wheel of those that are related from personal access of the user to the network Internet. The only one restrictions concerning reproduction and distribution materials are observed copyright in this industry that provides author's ability to control integrity own works, proper recognition him copyright and citation.
Handling Complaints and Retraction of Published Articles
The journal’s editorial board is committed to responding to all submissions promptly and substantively, and to resolving them effectively. Each complaint will be considered individually, taking into account its content and level of complexity, and decisions will be guided by the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Suggestions and complaints should be sent to the journal’s email address. All submissions are reviewed within 30 working days; however, more complex cases may require additional time.
Complaints should be clear, concise, and sufficiently substantiated to demonstrate a potential breach of publication ethics. Where possible, supporting documents should be provided.
Personal complaints regarding authors, editors, reviewers, or members of the editorial board will receive a response explaining why the matter falls outside the journal’s responsibility, if applicable. The editorial board does not conduct investigations into complaints that are abusive, threatening, or defamatory in nature.
Retraction Policy for Published Articles
In certain cases, the editorial board may decide to retract an article. Grounds for retraction may include:
- clear evidence that the findings are unreliable (e.g., due to data fabrication or image manipulation);
- prior publication of the results elsewhere without appropriate citation, permission, or justification (redundant or duplicate publication);
- plagiarism;
- improper attribution of authorship;
- compromised peer-review process;
- violations of research ethics standards.
Requests for retraction may be submitted by authors, editors, or third parties. The editorial board conducts an investigation involving the authors and, where necessary, independent experts. The final decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief or their deputy.
Following retraction:
- the published version of the article will be marked with a “Retracted” watermark;
- the title will be changed to “Retraction: [Article Title]”;
- a separate retraction notice will be published under the same title.
This notice is signed by the editors and is assigned a number and a DOI.
In some cases, authors may request withdrawal of a manuscript prior to publication. To do so, they must submit a letter to the editorial office, signed by all authors, clearly explaining the reasons for withdrawal. The withdrawn manuscript will be removed from the publisher’s database, while copyright remains with the authors.
