Methods of developing and constructing of the regional station of earthquake seismo-electromagnetic monitoring and necessity of its installation in Magadan are discussed. Equipment of the regional stations is described and its block diagram is presented. Problems occurred during developing and installing of the regional seismo-electromagnetic monitoring station are discussed.
