Purpose. Purpose. The purpose of research - registration and analysis of strong seismic events. Study of peculiar properties of demonstration of geodynamic, neotectonic and seismic processes in the technologically-loading territory of Kryvbas. Methodology. The methodology involves ensuring optimal and reliable system of registration and analysis of seismic events of Krivoy Rog for determining their nature. It has worked at standing and setting of in continuous online mode seismic station UK15, which by its technical properties constructed for registration of seismic events of this nature. Results. UK15 seismic station in many of its characteristics are not inferior, but even superior seismometer Guralp CMG40T. Its high sensitivity allows to record and relatively weak seismic events of natural and technogenic disasters. The first results of researches show that the installation of the station and its timely processing of records gives a fairly important information about the features of the nature of seismic events on the territory of Kryvbas. In a short period of station operation is already registered two local seismic events of different nature. The most interesting seismic events occurred in the area of Kryvyi Rih 28.11.2012 (8:47:43 p.m.) and 23.06.2013 (9:16 p.m.). Besides station UK15, the last event also recorded by number of the Crimean and Carpathian regional seismological networks stations and by many European network stations. The quality of the wave recording at some stations is ambiguous, however, the joint interpretation of the records makes it possible with sufficient accuracy define the parameters of the seismic event. Coordinates of seismic events 11.28.2012 (47.787, 33.341) and 23.6.2013 (48.04; 33.42) are similar to previously registered nearby Krivoy Rog earthquake (seismic events) January 14 (2011), December 25 (2007) and December 9 (2000). Originality. Seismic events in the area of Krivoy Rog 28.11.2012 (8:47:43 p.m.) and 23.06.2013 (9:16 p.m.) years show that intensive mining of iron ore actively influences on the character of the geodynamic and neotectonic processes on the territory of Kryvbas. They, in turn, actively influence on the geodynamics of the Krivoy Rog-Kremenchug seam zone of the Ukrainian shield. Practical significance. The results of continuous research enable more reliably assess the level and characteristics of seismic hazard in the territory Kryvbas.
