The numerical-analytic technique for finding electric and magnetic components of electromagnetic field (EMF) in a piecewise homogeneous conductive half-space is suggested. EMF is inducted by a horizontal contour with current harmonically changing in time. The problem of Maxwell is formulated and solved by means of the boundary element method.
