This article examines an issue of system aspects and investment features in IT sphere, state of IT market and its progress trend. An analysis of the types and investment features in IT, investment evaluation methods was implemented. Objectives tree was developed. A general algorithm structure for evaluating investment in IT branch was proposed.

Розроблення методики оцінювання важливості характеристик стеганографічних алгоритмів

In this paper the problem of estimating the importance of each of the characteristics of steganographic algorithms is solved. The resulting estimates are used in the analysis of the existing algorithms for information embedding and multiobjective choice of the best algorithm. The technique allows providing an equally weighted algorithms estimation, and also considers the importance of coefficients of characteristics.

Substantiation of limit number of stations in altitude network polygons for finding rough errors

The grounding task of identification the flagrant error limits of measurings is decided in height geodesic networks at their search by the analysis of misclosures in grounds. Certainly critical intervals of rough errors identification in a ground depending on the amount of the stations and measurement errors in it.
