Armed Forces of Ukraine

Abstract. The article extensively explores the issue of corruption within the Armed Forces of Ukraine and identifies various factors contributing to its prevalence. Among these factors, significant importance is attributed to inadequate salaries for military personnel, instability of the legal framework, insufficient control mechanisms, and low levels of ethical consciousness among military leadership. The analysis conducted demonstrates that these factors pose serious challenges in the sphere of corruption prevention within the structures of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

The peculiarities of the interaction of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with territorial defense units and voluntary formations of territorial communities in the conditions of aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the problems of legal support for such interaction and the legislative determination of the status of voluntary formations of territorial communities are considered.

The criminal-law aspect of the unauthorized dissemination of information about the sending, movement of weapons, armaments and war supplies to Ukraine, the movement, movement or placement of the armed forces of Ukraine or other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, committed in conditions of war or a state of emergency, was considered. It is emphasized that since ancient times, humanity needs protection from dangerous encroachments.

Based on theoretical and legal analysis, the article summarizes the peculiarities of police activity as a component of the security and defence sector during the period of russian aggression.  

The article considers the peculiarities of public relations in the system of strategic communications of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, defines their role and place from the standpoint of public administration. The main components of the functioning of the strategic communications system in NATO member countries are analyzed. Emphasis is placed on NATO’s strategic communications standards and policies. Strategic communications in the field of public administration are aimed at the interoperability of government and society.
