Disulfiram compositions based on biopolymers with graphite materials

Based on the bibliometric analysis of scientific publications, patents, Internet resources and previously published results of our own research, the feasibility of developing a new disulfiram composition based on graphite materials with biopolymers was substantiated. Optimal methods were selected and samples of OG-A-DS (graphene oxide-albumin-disulfiram) nanocompositions were obtained in the form of an aqueous dispersion, as well as samples of TRG-BP (thermally expanded graphite-biopolymer) compositions, which will be potential carriers for drugs.

FEATURES OF OBTAINING AND PROPERTIES OF BINARY BLENDS OF POLYLACTIDES. REVIEW

Technological features of obtaining biodegradable binary blends of polylactide with polyhydroxybutyrate, polycaprolactone, thermoplastic starch, polybutylene adipate-co-terephthalate, polybutylene succinate, polybutylene succinate-co-adipate are considered. The influence of polymer applications on physical-mechanical, thermophysical, technological properties and ability to biodegradation and biocompatibility of the obtained materials is revealed. The main possible directions of using binary biodegradable polylactide blends are considered.

Рhysical and chemical researches on the structure of humic acids

Based on the complex thermal, titrimetric and UV/Vis spectral analyzes, the structure and the content of functional groups in the molecules of humic acids obtained from different raw materials – coprolite, peat and leonardite – were investigated. The thermal stability of the substances was investigated in the air in the temperature range 20-1000°C. It has been found that the content of the aliphatic component is predominant in humic acids obtained from different raw materials.
