Рroduction technology of probiotic preparation based on strains of lactobacillus acidophilus

Designed and engineered the production of a probiotic preparation based on antibiotic-resistant strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus, which is beneficial to use in conjunction with antibiotic therapy for the treatment of various types of infections to maintain normal intestinal microflora. Provided qualitative characteristics of the raw materials, producer microorganisms, and the final product.

Сultivation for Сrocus Sativa in vitro

Crocus sativus (saffron) contains biologically active substances and is used in the food and cosmetic industries. With the preservation of plant diversity in nature, the biotechnological method of tissue culture was used and the plant was introduced into in vitro conditions. The influence of the composition of the nutrient mediumon the growth of biomass and production was studied. The best results were obtained with the use of growth regulators benzylaminopurine (BAP) and naphthylacetic acid (NOK) in the amount of 20 μmol/l BAP + 15 μmol/l NOK. Cultivation time was 12 weeks.

OPTIMIZATION OF THE PROCESS OF EXTRACTION OF FLAVONOIDS FROM CALLUS BIOMASS OF ARNICA MONTANA

Medicinal plants contain many biologically active substances (BAS), which have a diverse influence on the human body and animals, so used for the prevention and treatment of diseases in medical, folk and veterinary practices. The current state of the environment in Ukraine does not allow the use of most plants as medicinal raw materials, so obtaining plants biomass in vitro is an alternative method. Advantages of the method can get a large amount of biomass, regardless of the season, environmental conditions and other factors.

RESEARCH OF BACTERIAL COMPOSITION BASED ON RHIZOBIUM AND AZOTOBACTER AS THE GROWTH STIMULATING BIOPREPARATION FOR ORGANIC AGRICULTURE

Organic agriculture (OA) is actively developing in Ukraine. The idea of OA is to refuse to use GMO, antibiotics, pesticides and mineral fertilizers, but instead – to use biopreparations for stimulating plant growth, yield increase, preventing and treating plants from diseases, which are caused by mushrooms and bacteria.

OBTAINING AND RESEARCH OF CALLUS BIOMASS ADONIS VERNALIS АND AQUILEGIA NIGRICANS

The production of plant biomass by alternative biotechnological method is economically advantageous and promising as it contains secondary metabolites, which is a plant source, is environmentally friendly, is obtained throughout the year, regardless of season and weather conditions. This is especially important for rare and endangered plants, which are a valuable raw material base for pharmacy and medicine.

Підбір перспективних рас дріжджів у виробництві квасу

Досліджено підбір нових рас дріжджів, які здатні зброджувати квасне сусло при
температурах понад 30 оС і одержувати квас з покращеними фізико-хімічними і
органолептичними показниками. Вивчено вплив температури культивування квасних
дріжджів на накопичення дріжджових клітин. У дослідженнях використовували чисті
