The solution of an infinite system of ternary differential equations

The present paper is devoted to an infinite system of differential equations. This system consists of ternary differential equations corresponding to $3\times3$ Jordan blocks. The system is considered in the Hilbert space $l_2$. A theorem about the existence and uniqueness of solution of the system is proved.

Application of structural matrices for the simulation of MEMS devices

In the article the approach to modeling of MEMS devices using the method of structural matrices is presented. The structure of the subsystem to determine the basic characteristics of a broad class of devices.

Simulation of mechanical components integrated Accelerometers

In the paper the model of integrated accelerometer is presented. Obtained in an analytical form solution of the differential equation describing this model.
