In recent years, the popularity of information technologies, their role and degree of use in many areas, in particular in the field of education, has been growing. The implementation of digital educational tools in the educational process allows to increase its flexibility, to apply more individual approaches to the education seekers and to encourage them to self-improvement.

The key terms in the process of knowledge management and knowledge potential are analyzed. Groups of internal and external factors affecting knowledge potential are indicated. The factors of influence on the choice of electronic educational resources are highlighted. The interaction of participants in the educational process is depicted shematically, particularly in communities of the electronic educational environment. The list of probabilistic selection rules for choosing a source of knowledge and learning is given.

Розглянуто проблеми впровадження системи дистанційної освіти із адаптивним компонентом, а також виконано порівняльний аналіз програмного забезпечення для організації електронного навчання.

This work has considered a problem of distance education and involvement in its adaptive learning system. Also free and business systems of distance education are considered.

Віртуальні лабораторні практикуми є важливим дидактичним засобом при вивченні фізики, природничих та інженерних спеціальностей. Вони містять засоби симуляції фізичних процесів, з яких найефективнішим є поєднання анімації і відеознімання реальних експериментів. Описано віртуальні лабораторні роботи, що містять моделювання динаміки складних фізичних процесів та основні етапи їх створення. A virtual labs are very important didactic means at study of physics, natural sciences and engineering disciplines.
