The role of higher government bodies in European integration processes of Ukraine

This scientific article examines the process of preparation and accession of the state to the European Union (EU) with an emphasis on the work of higher authorities. The authors analyze the key aspects and stages that include the transition to European norms and standards, as well as the reforms necessary to comply with EU standards. The article examines the role of parliament, government, and other authorities in the implementation of European policies and legislation, and evaluates their effectiveness in this process.

The legal status of public organizations of Ukraine: the european integration standardization process

The article describes the characteristics of NGOs, analyzes the compliance of existing national legislation on NGOs with the Recommendations of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe to Member States on the legal status of non-governmental organizations in Europe 2007 No. CM/Rec (2007) 14, Fundamental principles for the status of nongovernmental organizations in 2002 and the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms of 1950.

The reform of the judiciary in the programmes of parliamentary political parties of ukraine and european judicial authorities standards

The programs of parliamentary parties in Ukraine in part of judicial reform, the
effectiveness of the proposed novelties and their compliance with European standards,
historical and practical experience of democratic states are researched. The analysis of the statutes of the programs is carried out in the context of understanding and constitutional
consolidation principles of judicial independence and autonomy of judges in the European
countries and the efficiency of justice
