This document presents the conclusions and insights regarding the requirements for an information system project and its secure component in the context of cloud technologies and the QMS project. It emphasizes significant factors contributing to the project's success, including the necessity to deliver tangible value, ensuring global access to resources, and the use of advanced security technologies. The document discusses the role of aspects such as SSL connections, reliable authentication and authorization mechanisms, password encryption, and CSRF tokens.

In this study, the aim is to create and improve a methodology for synthesizing requirements and specifications for the re-engineering of IT projects with maximum efficiency and business orientation. The main task is to adapt outdated IT systems to the changing technical environment, in particular to cloud technologies and security system requirements. To achieve these goals, the proposed methodology uses the analysis of archaic systems, the reverse engineering method, expert surveys, documentation analysis, and black-box modeling.

Cloud computing is emerging as a powerful computing paradigm for the efficient use of resources. However, decisions to move to cloud computing always remain risky from the customer's point of view, considering the benefits they get from it.

The interactive web application which consist of database, data warehouses, progressive mobile application and main web interface has been developed. It gives an opportunity create, send and the other proceed users' requests and also review, change, delete and transfer component elements, manage additional functions which are not available for simple user. The other important specification of developed app is ability to work offline.
