Intent

The article provides a legal analysis of criminal offenses against property, in particular those provided for in Section VI of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to the problems of qualification, differentiation between related offenses (theft, robbery, fraud, embezzlement or misappropriation of property, etc.), as well as the difficulties in determining intent, form of guilt, motive, and purpose.

The article attempts to characterize the principle of inadmissibility of abuse of procedural rights and to analyze the case law on abuse of procedural rights. It is emphasized that the principle of inadmissibility of abuse of procedural rights competes with the principle of access to justice, since in case of leaving a claim without consideration, the right to access to justice is actually restricted. The author interprets the category of “good faith” as an integral characteristic of the behavior of participants to the administrative process.

Controversial issues of the subjective side of the composition of a criminal offense under Art. 187 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine were considered. It is noted that for the characterization of robbery, the subjective side of the commission of this criminal offense is important.

The main ways of interaction between Services and Activities in Android are described in the article. Advantages and disadvantages of each approach are described.  The situations where a particular approach is most appropriate are dealt with
