With the emergence of the first settlements, people needed areas that would serve as a place for social activities. The gradual growth of these settlements led to an increase in the importance of these areas, with specialized areas for cultural buildings or trade. Over time, the urban structure became more complex, but streets and squares always remained the main formative elements.

The article thoroughly and comprehensively explores the essence, historical and legal aspects of formation, evolution, content and basic elements of the principles of law based on the study of legal theory and legal practice, reveals the importance of law for the formation of legal worldview and implementation of rule-making and rule-making practice.

The article is dedicated to preconditions and features of the development of the architecture of Soviet or socialist modernism of 1955-1991 in Ukraine. During this difficult period for the development of architecture, in the conditions of the party-state ideological dictate, buildings and structures were created, which are valuable works of art, architectural monuments of their time and are part of the world architectural heritage of the second part of 20th century.
