Досліджено зміни температурних режимів процесу сушіння у виробництві цукатів
з груш. Проведені експериментальні дослідження з теплообміну та кінетики сушіння
цукатів з груш за різної температури. Експериментально підтверджено доцільність
проведення процесу сушіння за температур цукатів, що дорівнюють температурі
гарячого теплового агенту. Згідно з тепловим балансом розраховано кількість енергії,
накопиченої шаром груші, та необхідної енергії для випарювання вологи. Встановлено,

In order to develop a technological process for obtaining vanadium dioxide by the thermal decomposition, we developed the method of synthesis of highly dispersed vanadium(IV) salt as a precursor. It comprises vanadium pentoxide interaction with the oxalic acid in the solution, which gives intermediate oxovanadium solution, following precipitation of the product (ammonium tetravanadate) by adding ammonium hydroxide to oxovanadium, rinsing and drying the product.

Kinetic peculiarities of the early stages of the processes of acid-catalyzed hydrolysis and condensation in sol-gel systems tetraethoxysilane (TEOS)–ethanol–water have been investigated by gas chromatography. Kinetic parameters of the process, evaluated using quantum-chemical calculations, satisfactorilly coincide with the ones determined experimentally.

The review, based on 92 references, is focused on degradation of organics by ozonation and it comprises various classes of oxygen-containing organic compounds – alcohols, ketones, ethers and hydroxybenzenes. The mechanisms of a multitude of ozone reactions with these compounds in organic solvents are discussed in details, presenting the respective reaction schemes. The corresponding kinetic parameters are given and some thermodynamic parameters are also listed.
