Запропоновано створення єдиного тестового серверу ВНЗ на основі інструментальних засобів комп’ютерної системи тестування знань OpenTEST2. Обґрунтовано необхідність створення єдиного тестового серверу ВНЗ, розглянуто питання підготовки тестових завдань, проведення тестувань і оцінювання їх результатів та аналізу якості тестових завдань.
