In the context of a full-scale war, business in Ukraine faced challenges that required not only the adaptation of products and logistics, but also significant changes in the ways of communicating with consumers. Traditional marketing approaches focused on sales and promotion are becoming unacceptable or even harmful in the context of increased sensitivity of society to messages. Brands are forced to transform their messages: to communicate not only about the product, but also about values, solidarity, support for society and the army.

Socio-Psychological Problems of the Innovative Development of Recreational Enterprises

The article examines the main groups of socio-psychological problems affecting the innovative development of recreational enterprises, including resistance to change, low innovation motivation, insufficient communication, weak organizational culture, psychological fatigue among staff, team conflict, and a deficit of leadership. Resistance to change is analysed as a natural phenomenon that can be managed and transformed into a constructive force through professional communication management, personnel engagement and the cultivation of trust within the team.

Nominative Units for Denoting Forced Internal Migrants: The Media Context of Creating a Verbal Image of a Person

Media texts use the names “internally displaced person”, “IDP” (without decoding), “migrant” to refer to people who were forced to change their place of residence within Ukraine due to the war, there are individual cases of using the names “refugee”, “new resident”, “evacuee”, “new arrival”. Each nominative unit has some differences in meaning, confirmed by the media context of their use. The abbreviation “IDP” most often reflects depersonalization, passivity, inability to take active actions.

The article examines the role of communicative management in conflict resolution and analyzes its basic principles. Communicative management serves as a practical tool for building effective relationships within an organization and with its external environment. It has been studied that such principles of com- municative management as communication, listening and constructive dialogue help to prevent conflicts at the enterprise.

The Theory of Structuring Multifunctional Elements of Complex Systems

This article considers the problem of formalization of elements and binary connections of multifunctional data, which are components of cyber-physical systems. The concept of a free and active element of a complex system and its classes relatively interact with environment resources and consumer information messages. Six attributes of binary relationship elements such as information, material, energy, optics, management, and general have been classified. The table shows four classes of active interaction between elements of complex systems of signs.

The relevance of the study is determined by the need to find the means of achieving “multi-voice” media text that are optimal for the implementation of the journalist's communicative tasks; one of such tools is the particle movlyav. The article aims to investigate the communicative potential of the the particle movlyav in modern online media texts in the Ukrainian language, the task is to identify the functions of the particle movlyav, the emotional and evaluative load which it gives to the text.
