Medical service

The article analyzes the administrative and legal mechanism оf realization оf  the right to medical care by internally displaced persons. The interpretation of the concept of «internally displaced person», which are enshrined in the legislation of foreign countries, such as Georgia, the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Turkey, the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of Croatia, is analyzed.

The strengthening of the socio-economic importance of the institutional environment of healthcare providers within the context of increasing the value of human potential quality parameters is justified in the article. The modern paradigm of medical treatment foresees putting the emphasis on internationalization and service market globalization, that are aimed at prevention of health capital loss. One of its consequences became the crystallization of highly profitable international business model, which unites the medical and the tourist activity.

Quality  and  efficiency  of medical  services  are  the major priorities  in  the development of health  care  system within the world countries. With the civilization development the quality of the medical services acquires a key value.
