Calculation of the share of land in the total value of single object of real estate in settlements (on the example of Lviv)

The results of research calculating the proportion of the total value of land in the common property the city of Lviv. It is proved that in the settlements must be allocated city planning area within which the most probable proportion of land in the market value single of real estate retains invariant.

 

Using problem-oriented GIS technologies for the purpose of cadastral evaluation of real estate

For the organization of GIS cadastre assessment of real estate it  must be solved the problem of formalization of descriptions of the functional relationships of the objects of evaluation with the urban environment, as well as relations with the market environment for determining the flow of income and costs of the facility estimation and adequate transformation and using this information.
