Total and partial observation–detection in linear dynamical systems with characterized sources: finite-dimensional cases

In this work, we address the partial observation–detection problem for finite-dimensional dynamical linear systems that may not be fully observable or detectable.  We introduce the concepts of `observation–detection' and `partial observation–detection,' which involve reconstructing either the entirety or a portion of the system state and the source reacting on the system, even when the system is not fully observable or detectable.  We provide characterizations of `observable–detectable systems' and `observable–detectable spaces.'  The reconstruction of the state and sou

PROBLEM OF PRESERVATION THE HISTORIC MONASTERY IN NOVY ZAGORIV

The architectural and spatial arrangement of the monastery in Novyi Zagoriv is considered.
The evolution of its development has been defined and the stages of the monastery's development
have been determined. Observation of monastic structures were conducted. Based on the analysis
of the technical condition of the monastery buildings that have survived until today, the
restoration approaches for preservation the monument have been developed.

UNCERTAINTIES OF THE ESTIMATORS AND PARAMETERS OF DISTRIBUTION IN MEASUREMENTS WITH MULTIPLY OBSERVATIONS

The article shows that the commonly used method of estimating the Type A uncertainty of measurements based on the standard deviation of estimators of population parameters does not meet the definition of uncertainty. For correct determination of the standard uncertainty, it is necessary to use the distribution of the corresponding population parameter at the values of population estimators determined from the experiment but not the probability distribution of the estimator.

ECOLOGICAL STATE OF THE RIVERS IN THE ZHOVKVA DISTRICT OF THE LVIV REGION

Observation of the surface water state is carried out to determine its quality (contaminant content) based on the results of analytical control. The analysis of surface water was made according to the polluting sources of the object. It resulted in the proposed management decisions on directions and measures to improve the state of surface water.

In the paper the behavior of an intelligent agent in a competitive environment is investigated in the paper. The OODA loop is chosen for behavior simulation. The interaction of OODA loop stages (observation, orientation, decision support, action) with the ontology of tasks and subject area in which the agent operates was explored.
