The purpose of the work is to investigate the digital elevation models of the mass grave of 1944, built on the basis of aerial and cartographic data of different times. The implementation of the task involves the construction of digital elevation models (DEM) on the territory of the Jewish mass grave in the city of Vynnyky and Italian prisoners of war near the city. On the territory of the Jewish mass grave in the city of Vynnyky, a DEM was created based on a stereo pair of archival aerial images obtained in 1944 and on the basis of aerial photography from a UAV conducted in 2015.
The aim of the work is to estimate the error of the ortho rectification of aerial images obtained by unmanned aerial vehicle for a mountain site in the village Shidnytsya with the help of additional grid of points obtained by GNSS-survey. The task is to analyse the difference between the heights of the points obtained using two methods: using the map of heights from the UAV survey and using data of GNSS-survey and then to estimate the difference between the real coordinates of the ground control points with their coordinates on the orthophoto plan. The method.
Aim. To develop and accomplish an experimental testing of the method of creating a mask map of high-level terrain objects. Methodology. On the basis of the cross-correlation method, it is proposed to carry out the estimation of the similarity of orthophotos that have a mutual spatial overlap. The comparison of the left and right images takesplace in pixels, for pixels with the same spatial coordinates X and Y, and therefore, there is no need to organize the movement of the search bar and to search for the corresponding points as such.
Aim. To develop an UAV for topographical aerial surveying goals, to explore its features, and comply with assigned tasks. Methodology. Scientists of the Institute of Geodesy in National University Lviv Polytechnic and manufacturers of Abris Design Group consistently designed and studied several models of UAVs, in order to create a perfect model, to make it possible to organize aerial surveying for topographical purposes.
