Reconstruction of cenozoic stress and deformations in the eastern east European platform with its regional and practical application

The aim of this research is to elucidate dynamics and kinematics formation in recent structures in the eastern East European platform, and an analysis of usage of these data for regional, fundamental and applied task decisions. Used method is based on a computerized structural kinematic analysis of mass measurements of mesotectonic kinematic indicators such as slickensides and veins. A main result is a cartographic reconstruction of the recent stress field for the southeastern Russian Plate and the adjacent Urals.

Stress fields in the flysh strata of the thrusts of Orivska, Skolivska and Parashka (by researches in the basin of the Sukil river)

In the article the first results of researches of joints and slickensides from outcroppings in the valley of the Sukil River are given. In 37 points of the flysh deposits of thrusts: Orivska, Skolivska and Parashka about 1100 intentions of joints and 90 intentions of slickensides are executed in the different deposits strata: from the Upper Cretaceous to Oligocene formations.

Use of the kinematic method for reconstruction of stress fields and mechanisms of the structure development in Donbas (on an example of the western closure of the Horlovka anticline)

Purpose. This study focuses on the analysis of structures and kinematics of the western closure of the Horlovka anticline to present a general development mechanism and to determine whether the structural complexity of the study area is consistent with a single regional stress field or not. Methodology. The kinematic and structural data available for the study zone have been studied. Further, fault data, including both the fault plane and slickenline orientations, and the sense of movement, have been studied by the kinematic analysis method of O.
