The relevance of the research topic of this scientific article lies in the fact that the coordination of activities of entities responsible for combating corruption serves as a fundamental factor in ensuring the effectiveness of anti-corruption policy. Proper coordination not only enables the determination of strategic objectives and delegation of functional responsibilities among anti-corruption entities but also accumulates their potential and resources to focus efforts on solving key tasks in the fight against corruption.

The presented article is devoted to the theoretical and legal study of the problem of the integrity of judges through the analysis of the issue of updating methodological approaches to the normative regulation of a certain issue. It is motivated that the principle of integrity is an axiological attribute of public authorities and the judicial system in particular.

The article analyzes the legal regulation on the prevention of corruption in the activities of the State Border Service of Ukraine (SBSU) during martial law. Corruption poses a significant risk to national security, the efficiency of public resource management, economic development, and the stability of government. The legal definition of corruption refers to the use of official powers to obtain an unlawful benefit. In the context of martial law, the DPSU faced increased threats of corruption, in particular when controlling the state border.

The article analyzes the “state service” category, which is one of the institutions through which important functions of state power are implemented. It is emphasized that the present with a high degree of probability proves the need for constant improvement of legal support for the activities of state authorities, which aims to solve urgent problems in the state caused by a number of factors, among which are global transformational processes that are taking place in almost all key spheres of state and social life.

In the world, there are numerous specialized institutions on combating corruption, which perform different functions and legal activities.
