To ensure the best conditions for cultivation and the highest yields, farmers began to use greenhouses. However, in our hectic lives, people are constantly busy with something and there is no enough time. Long trips, business trips, vacations are also possible. It is becoming increasingly difficult to provide the necessary conditions for plants to grow on their own.

The article deals with the problem of navigating indoors in conditions of satellite signal unavailability. In this case, alternative sources of positioning are used to determine the location of the objects. Use for navigation tasks inside the premises of the smartphone allows you to get comprehensive data on its operation. To solve the problem of navigation, the most important elements of the data sets is the unique identifier of the monitored device and the relative power level of the signal received from it.

The article focuses on the main problems of the development of the soft (perceptual) metrology as one of the new progressive areas of modern metrology that has appeared as a result of the dissemination of the information measuring technologies into the field of knowledge of non-physical phenomena and processes. An overview and analysis of well-known works on the topic of soft metrology are conducted.
