The paper examines the characteristics of accuracy when transferring the size of a unit of length from a standard to an industrial measuring device. Based on the processing of the calibration results, the peculiarities of using different transfer schemes within the limits of the current regulatory document were considered. The problems that arise are studied. To ensure an effective scheme of transfer and unity of measurements, the expediency of application of the method of RMS deviations in the analysis of the obtained measurement results is shown.

The article reveals trends in the development of legal standards as an international legal category, defines the content of these standards and their classification. It has been found that the standard in the legal context, first of all it should be found out: whether the standard is a separate legal category that enshrines rights, freedoms and obligations; or a standard is a legal category that determines the starting point for the development of norms, but at the same time does not give rise to clear rights, freedoms and obligations.

The article deals with new version of the national standard DSTU ISO 860 “Terminology work. Harmonization of terms and concepts”. The changes of ISO 860 standard and the problems, which have arisen during its translation in Ukrainian, are analyzed.

У статті розглянуто PCI DSS стандарт, введений для обов’язкового виконання в 2008 для всіх організацій, працюючих із картковими системами VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover та JCB.  Приймаючи до уваги всі 12 вимог стандарту, показана їх продуктивність та досліджено основні шляхи втілення цих вимог в автоматизованих системах.

Purpose. Cadastral land zoning is one of the important components of creating a cadastral system in Ukraine, which helps to create an attractive investment climate and to define the priority areas of sustainable economic development of the territories. To a large extent, in our view, these issues are not fully resolved for the lands outside the settlements.
