The article is devoted to the definition of the concept and the research of the content of the constitutional and legal status of the Prime Minister of Ukraine. It has been analyzed categories of “status”, “legal status”, “constitutional and legal status.” It has been defined the elements of the constitutional and legal status of the Prime Minister of Ukraine.

The article is a study of engineering in Ukraine and determine the impact of investment risk factors for the development of engineering companies.
