Use of cluster analysis method to increase the efficiency and accuracy of radar data processing

The article presents a range of solutions to improve the efficiency and accuracy of multiradar data processing using cluster analysis method. For this purpose commend to use cluster analysis method, based on which authors made an improvement for the classical abnormal measurement rejection algorithm and consider a possibility to implement a multithread processing of radar data.

Evaluation of Integrated Self-adjusting Equipment Errors Impact on Machined Cylindrical Surfaces Accuracy

The paper deals with the analytic model suitable to evaluate the errors impact on the output surface accuracy in the machining process using the integral self-adjusting machine tool equipment. This model is based on the variation simulation method of machines precision calculation. The impact evaluation of accessories errors of force action from the cutting process as well as clamping is developed. This evaluation substantially considers the output accuracy of the machined cylindrical surfaces of the console fixed parts.

Precision of digital leveling with additional movements of the rails

The investigation to assess the impact of change in position heel staffs on the accuracy of determining the excess on the station at digital leveling was performed. It is proved if the accuracy of determining the changes in position heel staffs substantially higher than accurate reading rod accuracy leveling does not change, so these changes can serve only to control the leveling on the station.
